I'm just wondering if anyone else here puts stuff in others' stores on consignment and what percentage you use.
Right now, I work with two stores like this, one takes 35% the 50%...what is average? Any input on this?

A lot of places ask for a higher %age, but I ceased giving away my art years ago. LOL...I consider it an honour that I grant them the ability to offer my art in their store.

Mon, May 9, 2005 - 3:05 PMMost stores I consign at ask for 40%. A few just ask me what I want for te item and they mark it up to the amoun they want to recieve. It works out either way. I remember te places that charged only 20%.
